Called for a completion event that was put into the CompletionQueue.

Parameters:

res - the result of the completion event.

flags - the flags

udata - the user data that was provided as part of the submission

extraCqeData - the extra data for the CQE. This will only be non-null of the ring was setup with IORING_SETUP_CQE32 or IORING_SETUP_CQE_MIXED and IORING_CQE_F_32 is set in flags.

Returns:

true if this completion represents a real I/O event that should be counted, false for internal completions (e.g. eventfd, ring fd).
